I’m a nerd. Full stop. I love sci-fi, fantasy, Metal guitar, orchestral music, and theme parks. I played D&D as a kid, and WoW as an adult. If you are of a similar mind, you probably always wanted to make a space station with a little droid. When I wrote this song, I pictured myself walking around DS-9. Yes, I’m a Trekkie too. Then I imagined what a futuristic “airport” might look like. Anyway, that’s the gist of it, and I love it!

If anyone is curious: I get most of my orchestral sounds from Orchestral Tools and a few NI instruments. I’ve been testing the MiGiC guitar midi VST and the single note version tracks super tight, but I still prefer Jam Origin for the poly stuff. Guitarists have never had so many tools for creating music.
